Get An FRN
and go to
https://www.apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do
Click on Register
and fill in the blanks below
... and go find your cell phone ... the one that has the email you entered above as User Name, to receive an email asking for you to click on the hot link to tell the FCC that you really are who you say you are.
Now go back to your computer and
view your newly minted FRN
Whatever you do the rest of the day write down the email, FRN, and Password ... maybe even tatoo them to your right arm.
Remember, when you go to renew your license 10 years from now, you will need them.
