Create A New Account

Which brings up;

Click on Register ... which brings up ...you will need to enter User Name(your email), Password, phone number, and security question
 
You will be asked to check availability of the Username you ented below

Check to be sure your UserNamem(email) has not already been taken.

password length ... Minimum 12 ... Maximum 15 characters

When you click on "Create Account"
the FCC will send an email to the email address you entered above with a link for you to click to confirm you are who you say you are.
